EMS Institute is working to make this website and its training information easier for everyone to use. Our accessibility improvement target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

If you have difficulty finding information, registering for a course, or using a downloadable document, please email info@emsinstitute.org or call 860.364.4665.

Include the page or document, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and your preferred way for us to contact you. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical information to report a website barrier.

Training accommodations and accessible materials

To discuss access to a training program or request materials in an accessible format, contact our training coordinator. Please contact us as early as practical so we can discuss your needs and available arrangements.

Accessibility work underway

Our current improvements include keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, clearer heading structure, readable text contrast, and improved form instructions.

Some historical PDFs and third-party services, including payment interfaces, have not yet completed a full accessibility review. Please contact us if these create a barrier. This page describes ongoing work and assistance options; it does not claim that every page or document fully conforms to WCAG.
